On all printheads manufactured before the month of May, 2023, there is a defect flaw in the design of the part cooling duct that causes it to sag below the nozzle, potentially dragging along the print. A new design fixes this issue, involving a new part cooling duct and cold end duct which significantly stiffens the fan assembly.
