HS-Pro Nozzle Wiper and Scrubber Installation
Index
Why Nozzle cleaning?
As of February 2026 we are rolling out nozzle cleaning to HS-Pros as part of a major hardware and software update. Cleaning the nozzle dramatically improves probing reliability.
Parts of the cleaning system
High-temperature silicone Rubber
Removes large blobs and drips
Stainless Steel
Final clean before probing
How do I Upgrade?
The nozzle wiper is compatible with all HS-Pro frames in circulation. A new bracket is straightforward to install, and the wiper is enabled after a software update.
The nozzle scrubber is not compatible with all HS-Pro frames. For Printers with the mounting holes in the back left bed support bracket you simply screw in the scrubber and enable it in the printer config.
For machines missing these holes the bed support bracket must be replaced following the instructions further down this document.
