USB Print

For machines with USB print functionality, once the USB storage device is plugged in, press the refresh button and a folder called “flash_drive” will appear. Enter the folder and the machine will only display folders or g-code files. Click on a g-code file and it will bring up a window to copy the file to the printer. Back out of the “flash_drive” folder and the g-code file that was copied will be the one most recently added. It is safe to remove the USB at this point. The thumbnail/icon may take a few minutes to appear.

Prime Printer

After a print job has been completed, to access the print jobs, the user will have to “Prime” the printer. The main menu will have a new box labelled Prime Printer where the Print menu is.

PrimePrinter.png

The Prime Printer pop-up window informs the user to ensure the printer is ready for the next print job. On the backend, this operation also informs the Fleet Management software that the printer is ready. The Prime Printer operation does not warm up the machine to prepare for the next print job, it is a safety check to confirm the machine is ready for the next print job.
