Daily or prior to every print (Pre-Check)

Prepare the Printer

• Clean the print sheet

• Coat print sheet with release/bonding agent

• Clean the Nozzle/hotend

• Check filament amount and material and moisture level

Monthly or after 10kg of Filament

• Inspect and replace the nozzle if needed

• Clean machine of debris

• Inspect print sheet for cracking and damage

• Clean camera lens

Every quarter or 30kg of Filament

• Replace nozzle

• Inspect hot end for plastic leakage and wire damage

• Inspect part cooling duct for plastic build-up

• Inspect print sheet

• Check filament guide tube for wear

• Check guides/ballscrews for dust and debris, clean if needed

Every year or 120kg of Filament

• Clean and regrease guides/ballscrews

• Clean dust from electrical panel

• Replace hot end

• Replace Print Sheet

• Replace PTFE Filament Paths
