Procedure
With the machine ON, HOME the machine from the offline touchscreen or the web-console. Ensure no foreign objects or prints are within the printer volume.
Jog the machine down to Z150, this will give space to work when installing the heater module.
Power OFF the machine from the main power switch on the back.
Unplug the main power cable from the machine.
Unscrew the antenna on the back of the machine.
Using the 2.5mm hex driver, remove 6 screws securing the back panel and remove the back panel.
Using the 2.5mm hex driver, remove 8 screws securing the right side panel and remove it.
It is necessary to replace the cable track end support of the Z-axis to accommodate the chamber heater module. To do so, pinch the cable track by hand and slip it out of the end mount on both sides.
Once the cable track is unsupported on both ends, unplug the bed cable and slip it out of the support.
Using a 3mm Hex Wrench, remove the 2 screws for each support and remove them.
Swap the end mounts onto the supports using a 2.0mm hex wrench, and reinstall the supports.
Pinch the cable track again and slip it into the end supports.
If your machine has a removable card below the power supply then remove the card, if not, then remove the 3D printed assembly by removing the two screws on either side and peeling it away from the double sided tape. Remove the double sided tape.
Remove the covers of the following cable tracks:
Using the 3mm hex driver remove the four screws securing the 120mm fan over the main control board and remove the fan by unplugging it from the power distribution board.
Install the 2.0mm pitch shorting jumpers in the green locations on the main control board:
Install the two 2.54mm pitch shorting jumpers in the red locations on the main control board:
Install the four M4 Slip-in T-nuts into the inner faces of the aluminum extrusion uprights with the threaded sections of the T-nut facing each other. Two per side.
Install the two Chamber Heater mounting brackets to the T-nuts using the M4x16mm Flat-head screws. One mounting bracket per side.
Slide the Pantheon Chamber Heater assembly diagonally under the electronics panel past the mounting brackets and then using the finger pull slots, pull the assembly flush against the mounting brackets.
Fasten the Pantheon Chamber Heater to the mounting brackets using the M4x12mm flat-heat screws.
Plug in the all the cables into the main control board following the drawing:
Secure the cables with zip-ties to the anchoring points.
Route the cables through the cable tracks down to the Chamber Heater.
Cut or bend a slot in the cable track to accommodate the fan cables.
Plug the cables into the Chamber Heater following the drawing and labelling:
Re-install the 120mm fan over the main control board and plug it into the power distribution board.
Re-install the cable track covers to secure the cables.
Install the new back-panel with the slot for the power cord for the chamber heater module.
Ensure the power switch is in the off position and then plug in the power cord for the Pantheon Chamber Heater.
Re-install the antenna.
Plug in the main power cord for the printer.

Turn ON the main power switch for the Pantheon Chamber Heater.
Open up the Web-console and navigate to “MACHINE” → root folder: config → “Hardware” → “HS3-Manta-M8P-v1.1.cfg”
Copy and Paste the content of the text file below, overwriting the entire contents of the “HS3-Manta-M8P-v1.1.cfg” file.
Click the “SAVE & RESTART” button when exiting the “HS3-Manta-M8P-v1.1.cfg” file. The machine should now have another temperature control option called “Chamber Heater.”
On the Web-console navigate to “MACHINE” → root folder: config → “KlipperScreen.conf”
Copy and Paste the content of the text file below, overwriting the entire contents of the “KlipperScreen.conf” file.
Click the “SAVE & RESTART” button when exiting the “KlipperScreen.conf” file. This will display another pre-heat option in the Temperature section of the touch-screen. The new pre-heat option is called “Chamber” and it will set the bed temperature to 80°C and the chamber heater temperature to 40°C.
Test the functionality of the Chamber Heater by setting a target temperature of 40°C or using the newly added pre-heat option on the touch-screen. The fans within the chamber heater module will begin to spool up after a few seconds and the module should be expelling warm/hot air from the heater elements.
